Wellsburg Church of the Nazarene is a host site for AngelFood Ministries.
Mission Statement: Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing food relief and contributing to benevolent outreaches in communities throughout the United States. Angelfood Ministries is a program which provides a week's worth of food (about $60-100 worth) to a family of four at the cost of only $30.00 In addition to the regular package, additional meat, vegetable and fruit assortments are also available.

1. It is mandatory that you pick up your food on delivery day.
If you cannot make it, please designate someone else to pick up your order.
Sometimes, things happen which slow down the distribution process. To be fair
to all, we will not put you ahead of others who are waiting. Put aside the
time on the morning of delivery because there are occasional delays in
distribution. IF YOU DO NOT COME FOR YOUR ORDER, OR WAIT FOR IT, IT WILL BE
GIVEN AWAY.
2. No One may pick up any order without the yellow Angel Food receipt we are
now providing. If you do not bring it, you
will be politely asked to leave and return with it. We will not be able to
look up your order because of the growth of this outreach, and because it
slows down the process. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to put your receipt
somewhere safe and bring it on pick-up day. IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PICKING UP
YOUR ORDER, THEY MUST HAVE YOUR YELLOW RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. When you arrive to pick up your order, please pay attention to what is being
placed in your basket or box. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make
certain your order is complete BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES.
Angel Food reserves the right to substitute
items which were on the original order forms with items of a similar type or
to totally replace items with other items. We have NO control over this.
4. Please check your receipt or order folder for pick-up day and time.
5. ONE STOP SHOPPING--You may make your order for the next month
on the current month's delivery day. We
accept only EXACT CASH, money order, certified checks, or food
stamps. We cannot accept personal checks.
6. NO REFUNDS. NO PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENTS. WE CANNOT CREDIT
FORGOTTEN ORDERS TO ANOTHER MONTH. ALL SPOILAGE MUST BE REPORTED
IMMEDIATELY, AND THE ITEM RETURNED DIRECTLY TO US FOR
REPLACEMENT/SUBSTITUTION.
7. WE ACCEPT FOOD STAMPS if you
bring us your ACCESS card and a form of ID with your current address on it.
YOU MUST KNOW YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOOD STAMPS IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE
ORDERING.
8. MAIL ORDERS??? We must receive your order by the deadline printed on the order form.
9. IN PERSON ORDERS may be made
at the church during the following hours:
Sundays 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.; 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.; 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday:6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Hours may be adjusted during holidays. Please call 304-737-0570 if you have any questions.
